Could Illegal Aliens Vote for President⁉️

So the government decided to play a game of “Guess Who?” with the term “illegal aliens.”

They’re like, “Let’s make it more fun by changing what they are called!” 😕

Well, the term “illegal alien” has been a hot potato in the political and social discourse for quite some time. Some argue that the term is dehumanizing and offensive, while others believe it’s a matter of legal precision. So, the government is trying to reclassify “illegal aliens” to be more politically correct and less inflammatory.

It’s like when you’re at a party, and someone spills their drink on you, and you’re like, “Hey, watch it!” “Quit being a clumsy buffoon!” But then they’re all, “Oh, I prefer the term ‘beveragely challenged.’” It’s the same situation, just with more paperwork and less punchlines.

But in all seriousness, “some” individuals (being mostly Democrats) in the U.S. government are trying to navigate the complex and sensitive issue of immigration by changing the language they use. They want you to believe it’s a reflection of the ongoing debate about how we talk about and treat people who are in the country without legal authorization.

So what do I think is the real reason for this trend of some people in the U.S. government trying so hard to reclassify what they are called? Well, words matter!

Here is what I know. The U.S. Constitution doesn’t explicitly say, “Thou shalt not let non-citizens vote!” But it does have some sections that imply the right to vote is for citizens only. For example, the Fourteenth Amendment talks about “citizens of the United States” and their rights, which suggests voting is a privilege that is reserved for citizens.

Title 18 § 611 of the United States Code is like the party crasher rule for aliens at federal elections. It’s basically a law that says, “Hey, if you’re not a citizen, you can’t just waltz into any old election and start casting votes for President, Vice President, or any other federal bigwigs.”

But, it’s not a total buzzkill. If the election is a two-for-one deal, where they’re also voting for local stuff like the best doughnut shop or something, then aliens can join in on the local fun, as long as it’s done separately from the federal vote.

So, it’s kind of like the law is saying, “You can come to the party, but you can’t touch the DJ’s playlist.” It’s all about keeping the federal elections for the citizens and letting the aliens join in on the local festivities, as long as they don’t mess with the main event.

Now, what about this law that makes it illegal for non-citizens (referred to as “aliens”) to vote in federal elections? Title 18 § 611 of the United States Code says it’s unlawful for an alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for federal offices. So, if you’re an alien and you vote in a federal election, you could be fined, jailed, or both.

However, subsection (C) (3) of title 18 § 611 states if the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting that he or she was a citizen of the United States, then subsection (A) of the code, would NOT apply to them! Oh great! We can now let them vote on what they THINK they were at the time of their voting?

I would argue however, that subsection (B) would still apply, giving them fines and/or imprisonment for up to one year.

But here’s the kicker: the Constitution doesn’t explicitly ban non-citizens from voting in state or local elections. In fact, some states and municipalities have allowed non-citizens to vote in certain local elections. So, it’s not a one-size-fits-all situation.

In the end, the U.S. Constitution doesn’t explicitly say it’s illegal for a non-citizen to vote (it seems like the wording is left open to interpretation), but federal law and state/local laws can come into play. It’s like a cosmic dance of laws and regulations, and non-citizens are the ones trying to keep up with the beat.

So I believe that individuals in power (mostly democrats) in the U.S. government are trying to change what a non-citizen is called by the masses so that they can subvert U.S. law! Since U.S. law calls them “aliens”, and they are here illegally, hence, “illegal aliens”, calling them something other than aliens, “undocumented immigrants” or “newcomers” for instance, would help them do that, since those terms are not specifically named in the law.

This is how they could allow illegal aliens to vote in federal elections legally! Don’t fall for it! Just because they reclassify something, doesn’t make right!

Keep your heads on a swivel folks, they are looking to upend the 2024 elections at ANY cost! They know they’re losing and they are desperate and panicking‼️

I believe this post from Elon Musk showing a press conference from November of 2022 shows how they are panicking‼️
